Informal Resolution
Discuss your concern directly with your tutor or assessor as soon as possible. Many issues can be resolved quickly through open communication.
Formal Complaint
If the issue remains unresolved. Submit a Written Complaint: Complete our Learner complaint form or write a detailed account of your complaint.
