The IOSH Managing Safely course is for managers and supervisors to provide them with a more in-depth understanding of health and safety issues that they are likely to be responsible for; IOSH Managing Safely is a popular health and safety certificate worldwide and reinforces why health and safety is such an integral part of a management position, it includes: causes of accidents, accident prevention, identifying hazards and risks, risk assessments and management systems.
The course lasts three days with a multi choice question paper at the end together with a practical risk assessment exercise. It is designed to give managers all they need to know to help them handle health and safety in their teams.
There is flexibility in delivery of the course – three consecutive days or one day per week over a three week period or 3 weekends one day a week delivery.
