Discuss your concern directly with your tutor or assessor as soon as possible. Many issues can be resolved quickly through open communication.

Step 2: Formal Complaint

If the issue remains unresolved.Submit a Written Complaint: Complete our Learner complaint form or write a detailed account of your complaint.Provide Details: Include your full name, course title, dates, and any relevant information
