The Three Levels of CHAS Accreditation

The CHAS Advanced level includes all the benefits of the Standard level, plus compliance with PAS 91 requirements. PAS 91 is a standardized prequalification questionnaire used in the construction industry to streamline the procurement process. This level helps businesses:
- Prequalify for a wide range of construction projects
- Share PAS 91 and SSIP data with over 2,500 CHAS clients

3. CHAS Elite
Cost: £749 plus VAT
At £749 plus VAT, this is the full package. It includes everything from the other levels, plus something called the Common Assessment Standard.
The CHAS Elite level includes the SSIP and PAS91 requirements, plus the Common Assessment Standard. This level, priced at £749 plus VAT, is the highest level of CHAS accreditation.
This is the most comprehensive accreditation, covering 13 areas of risk management. It’s developed by Build UK, Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA), and other industry experts, the Common Assessment Standard does the following:
- Standardizes the prequalification process
- Improves supply chain efficiency
- Reduces risks across various areas

How to Get Started with CHAS Accreditation
